The DS200AAHAH1ADC is an ARCNET articulating PCB. it was originally manufactured and sold by GE as part of their Mark V LM series of components for the Speedtronic product line.
The DS200AAHAH1ADC is commonly referred to as the AAHA board. It is generally used as an interface unit between different I/O centers or external modules and the control engine. It enables these interface units to access the ARCNET, and there are generally two AAHA boards used with the center. The first AAHA board acts as an interface between the user interface and the center, and has an APL interface on the AAHA that connects it to the UCPB daughter board in the center on the UCIA board. The second AAHA board acts as a method of bridging the center and the COREBUS. It provides easy automatic communication between the I/O core and the control engine in the core. The APL interface of this AAHA connects to a PANA daughter board.
The DS200AAHAH1ADC is a very small daughter board with three communication ports at the top. The leftmost port is an infrequently used EBNC port. Around the EBNC are the ARCBNC-B and ARCBNC-A ports. These two ports are the interface to the ARCNET. There are three pin articulators on the bottom of the board. The first pin articulator is a 2-pin 2PL jack. At the center of the bottom edge is a 10-pin APL jack. Around the APL is a 9-pin EPL jack, which is also not often used
