The Motorola MVME5500-0161 is a VMEbus single-board computer that was manufactured by Emerson Electric in the early 2000s. It is a high-performance single-board computer that is based on the PowerPC architecture. The MVME5500-0161 is equipped with a 1 GHz MPC7450 processor, 512 KB of on-chip L2 cache, and 2 MB of L3 cache. It also includes an AltiVec coprocessor for high-performance computational applications, two banks of soldered flash memory, and dual independent 64-bit PCI buses and PMC sites.
