Emerson introduces new micro rocker isolation valve for clinical diagnostic equipment

ASCO 062 series rocker isolation valves simplify the installation space, making multi row parallel more compact. They are compatible with the existing 16mm isolation valve base plate, easy to replace, and improve functionality and flexibility.
Emerson today announced the launch of ASCO 062 series rocker isolation valves. This solenoid valve is designed for the most demanding flow path control valve group in today's clinical laboratory. It can be used in blood analysis, biochemical immunity, sample preparation / pretreatment, and DNA sequencer. The valve is 16mm wide and compact in design. It can be easily integrated to reduce space occupation, weight and power consumption. Provide 2-way and 3-way functions, more flexibility and wider applicability.
ASCO rocker isolation valve can be used in almost any type of analytical instrument to control neutral and highly corrosive liquids. It combines the special rocker arm mechanism easy to flush with the isolation diaphragm, which can prevent heat transfer to expensive in vitro diagnostic reagents and eliminate the possibility of valve seat adhesion and blockage. The air tight isolation of the control mechanism can block the particle pollution caused by the friction of movable parts and ensure the high purity of liquid samples.
The inner cavity volume of 062 series isolation valve is small, which reduces potential pollution, maintenance and reagent waste. The valve provides two types of pipe connection: base plate installation and barb installation, which is easy to install. The test life reaches 10 million times to improve the overall reliability of the instrument.
